In
five years of development and tests, the senior experts at the
company
now known as MABAG have created forward-looking
products
which not only fulfill the above criteria but also offer
many
more important advantages in the administration, storage
and
transport of these valuable and sensitive materials.
The
cornerstone of this new, unique system range is the great
simplicity
of its mechanical construction, combined with the
top-quality
electronics in the controlling and checking processes.
The MABAG Cryo Logistics system consists
of the
following
products :
KLS
2400/40 - the unique rotor storage system for upto 2400
plasmas
at -40°C with documentation and quality assurance
and
KLI - the electronic identification system for all products in
the
temperature range from +°C to -196°C,
which
have already been launched on the market.
From spring 2001 onwards,
KLT
- the transport system for 20-200 samples at -40°C, will be
available.
KLF
- the shock freezer for plasmas and other products, is still at
the
development stage.
KLS
and KLI can be used for biological materials of all kinds at
temperatures
between +20 and -150°C. With the complexity of
the
products for storage, dentification and transport, the MABAG
Cryo
Logistics system complies with the prevailing.
